A range of methods will be applied in order to ensure the achievement of the
networking objectives:
· Specific
mailing lists will be created for the following groups: o national co-coordinators o participants of the regional meetings and the SDDP co-laboraties o participants of the final conference
· The
online platform will be actively facilitated by the general project manager in order to care for an ongoing communication.
· The website will have a commented
link section on the projects developed and implemented by the partner organisations.
·
Materials and resources developed throughout the completed or running projects of all the partners (videos, manuals, posters, leaflets, etc.) will be
shared and if necessary
reproduced for the dissemination among the partners. · Every third month, an
electronic newsletter will inform about the current devlopments in the context of the project.
Partner associations, participants from the partner’s youth groups and youth workers will be involved in different activities of the project as outlined in the work programme (section IV.c.)
Three of the partner organisations will be assigned with special responsibilities:
The Italian and the Romanian partner will act as host organisation for the regional meetings and SDDP-co-laboratories.
The Human Rights Education Youth Network will, contrary to the other partners, not participate at the local and regional meetings and SDDP-co-laboratories but through its extensive network of youth workers and human rights education trainers and its experience in setting up and facilitating online platforms, its involvement in the project will be a great asset for the visibility, dissemination and multiplication of the project activities, deliverables and results, beyond the 12 countries involved and even beyond the whole area of the 27 EU member states since several of the board members and a significant part of the members of HREYN are based in non-programme countries in South East Europe, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus.
